Certified Quality Assurance
At Malray, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance are at the core of everything we do. Since 2015, we have been certified under Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD), reflecting our commitment to maintaining high standards in the handling and distribution of medical products.
All Malray X-ray protective apparels are rigorously tested and verified to comply with recognised international safety standards. Our products:
- Are tested in accordance with IEC 61331-1:2014 for accurate determination of lead equivalence and radiation protection performance.
- Certification from the Medical Device Authority (MDA) of Malaysia
- Testing and verification by Agensi Nuklear Malaysia, a recognised authority in radiation safety

As an added value, we offer optional individual apron testing upon delivery. Customers in Malaysia may request testing through a certified local laboratory to verify shielding integrity and lead equivalence for each unit received.
